Hüttlin High Shear Mixer technology is based on unified Z-shape agitator called “Gentlewing” mounted either from top (HTG - Hüttlin Top-Drive Granulator) or bottom (HBG - Hüttlin Bottom-Drive Granulator) and mixing wet powders inside product container of the mixer by bringing shear forces to wet granules. At the same time blades of Gentlewing is making self-cleaning effect along all container wall. In addition to Gentlew-ing the unit is equipped with chopper which crash big lumps of product. At the discharge port of the high shear mixer a wet calibration mill is integrated. As a result, you will get wet homogenious dense granules.
